Processing Time
Camper accessories ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom cushion covers and foam require 3–5 weeks for processing, with timelines confirmed when you order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping

• International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipping (varies by destination)

Please note: Once an order leaves our studio, delivery times are in the carrier’s hands and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@sewcush.com and we’ll do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping
For the best international shipping rates and options, we recommend ordering through our Etsy shop.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
