Custom Cushion Questions
Absolutely! For sizes and shapes not displayed, please reach out to us at hello@sewcush.com and we'll work with you to create the perfect custom cushions for your needs.
Cushions covers are sold separately, and foam can be added under our shop foam tab. This allows you to customize both the cover and the foam type for your specific needs.
Yes, you can! Choose the correct fabric choice for each cushion and use the "Select which option this color is for" button then click "Add to Cart" for each cushion with different fabric colors. This allows you to order multiple cushions with unique designs in one transaction.
Please allow 3-5 weeks for the production of your custom cushions. Each cushion is handmade in the USA with attention to detail and quality. We will promptly notify you in the case of any extended production times.

The Sidekick, The Hero, and The Hero Plus Questions
Both The Hero and The Sidekick bags are crafted from tough ripstop material on the outside for durability and features a vinyl lining on the inside for easy cleaning and maintenance.
While the exterior is made from tough ripstop, the interior vinyl lining allows for easy cleaning. You can either use a trash bag inside or rinse the bag directly by hand. Do not machine wash.
The Hero bag comes with 1 Small MOLLE Pouch and 1 Carabiner Key chain attachment. We do not currently sell MOLLE attachments but you can search online to find endless options.
The Sidekick bag comes with 1 Carabiner Key chain attachment.
Each bag is handcrafted in the USA. Due to the handmade nature, sizes may slightly vary.
Absolutely! The Hero seatback bag is a complete organizer on its own, and you can use it effectively without purchasing any additional accessories. The extra attachments enhance its functionality based on your preferences.
A: We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags still attached. How to Exchange:
- Request an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@sewcush.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@sewcush.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases.
Do not overfill: Overloading can weaken the metal closure and pose a safety risk.
Sharp Objects: Avoid placing sharp/heavy items inside. Can damage bag and cause harm.
Child Safety: Keep away from children. This product is not a toy and contains parts that could cause injury.
Inspection: Regularly check for wear or damage. Stop use if damaged.
Handle with Care: Open/close with caution. Metal closure snaps shut quickly.
Proper Use: For light personal items only. Misuse can result in injury or damage.
Manufacturer not liable for injuries or damage from improper use. Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or property damage. If the metal closure becomes exposed or damaged, discontinue use immediately.
